At Naturobath, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your bath products reach you promptly and in pristine condition.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States & Canada.

Shipping Options:

We offer various shipping options including standard and express delivery. Simply select your preferred option at checkout.

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-9 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@naturobath.com.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to bring our bath products to customers worldwide. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

Taxes:

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
