Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period for all products from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please contact info@naturobath.com.

Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required
- Defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund or replacement

Return Process

2. You will receive return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier
4. Once received, we will inspect the item
5. You will receive an email notification about the status of your return

Refund Process
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 1 business day
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

- The same item will be shipped once the return is received and approved
